On Saturday 30th July 2016, Hull City travelled to face Nottingham Forest at The City Ground in the Pre-Season Friendly (2016-17 season). This is the original matchday programme produced for that fixture — printed once, on the day, then taken home and kept by a supporter who was there.
Pre-season friendly programme; Forest souvenir featuring new manager Philippe Montanier on cover.
Whether you were at the ground that day, were born in 2016, grew up listening to your dad or grandad talk about this team, or simply want to hold a tangible piece of the club's story — this programme has waited 10 years for the right home.
Every programme is one-of-a-kind — and that makes it the kind of gift that lands far harder than another scarf or pen.
A programme from a specific date is one of the most personal gifts going — someone there that day, born that day, or planning a milestone birthday in that year.
As printed in this matchday programme.
This programme tells two clubs' stories — and one of them is Nottingham Forest's.
Are you a Nottingham Forest supporter — or buying for one? This isn't only a piece of Hull City history. Nottingham Forest lined up that day too, which makes it a genuine slice of your club's own past: an original matchday programme from a real game Nottingham Forest played on Saturday 30th July 2016.
Whether it's a milestone birthday — a 40th, 50th, 60th or 70th — a retirement, Father's Day, an anniversary or Christmas, an original programme dated Saturday 30th July 2016 is about as personal as a gift gets. Were they at the game, or is this from a year that means something to them? Either way, it's a Nottingham Forest keepsake they'll actually treasure — not another gift card destined for a drawer.
