Are these original or reprints?
Original. Every item is the actual matchday programme printed for the day of the match shown on the product page. No reprints, no replicas. See Authenticity.
How do I know it's genuine — not a fake?
Three things: (1) every photo on the product page is the actual physical item — you see the exact paper stock, print register, ink fade, and any wear before you buy; (2) we quote details a forger wouldn't bother getting right — kick-off time, sponsor of the match, competition round, price on the cover; (3) if you receive it and think it's not genuine, we'll refund in full and pay return postage. Fakes are rare in this hobby — you're buying from someone who's spent months learning to spot them.
What if it arrives damaged in transit?
We pack every item in a rigid card-backed mailer to prevent bending. If a parcel arrives with transit damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll work with Royal Mail to resolve. For higher-value items the £8 Signed For upgrade is strongly recommended.
Can I return it if I don't like the condition?
No — sold as seen. The photos on the product page are the actual item you'll receive. Zoom in and inspect carefully before buying. If the item arrives materially not-as-described (missing pages we didn't disclose, damage not in the photos, wrong programme entirely), contact us within 7 days and we'll refund. Do you gift-wrap?
Not currently — but you can add a note to any order (via the PayPal checkout notes field) and we'll include a hand-written card at no extra cost. If you'd like proper gift-wrap, email us before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days of payment clearing. From there: Standard UK post typically arrives in 2–4 working days, Signed For in 1–2 working days. You'll receive a dispatch email when it's in the post — with a tracking number if Signed For.
How does the 25% multibuy work?
Add three or more programmes to your basket and the system applies 25% off the programme prices at checkout automatically. Postage is not discounted — neither standard nor the Signed For upgrade.
When does free postage kick in?
Standard UK postage is free on orders over £45. The Signed For upgrade (+£8) is never free — it's always charged on top, regardless of basket value.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — please contact us before ordering for a quote based on your country and basket size. UK to Europe is usually £8–£15 tracked; further afield goes up from there.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Prices shown are the final prices you pay — we are not VAT-registered (small-business exemption), so no VAT is added or refundable. If you need a VAT invoice for business use, we can't provide one.
What if I want a programme from a specific date that's not listed?
Send us the exact date (or a range) using the contact form. We photograph new stock most weeks, and we keep an "inbound" pile of programmes waiting to be catalogued. There's a decent chance we've got what you're after but haven't listed it yet.
What's the best gift idea?
Find the programme from someone's birth year, wedding year, or first-match year. Add a Signed For upgrade and a card. Use the search box on the shop to search by year, month, or specific date.
Are these tax-deductible?
For personal purchases, no. If you're buying for a corporate gift, keep the PayPal receipt for your bookkeeper — treatment depends on the recipient and your jurisdiction.
